PhySep belts come in standard sizes and custom sizes (NEW - fit any roll system). Tracking/guide edging available in multiple options.

Available in a variety of thicknesses: 5mil, 10mil, 17mil, 20mil, 40mil… keep ore within the optimal magnetic field for your best physical separation results. Other thicknesses available.

Multiple materials: Kevlar®, ChemFab®, Thermoplastics (PU & PVC), Nylon, PTFE/ Teflon® coatings.

Material characteristics: anti-static, high strength (tensile and abrasion resistance), void-free, PTFE coated Kevlar® down to a thickness/thinness of 0.127mm (5mil).

Last Material/Quality Test Jan 20, 2022 at DuPont® facility (Vendor - PhySep supplied material): (5mil thick) test mean = 340 lbf breaking strength, 35.12 ksi tensile strength, 1,017 ksi Young’s modulus
